Bitty will not continue with the cast, and we thank her for her notable contributions and wish her the very best.”
Despite the official statement, reports from Today and Entertainment Weekly suggested that contract disputes played a significant role in Schram’s departure. Schram, recognized for her Golden Globe nomination for her Monk performance, along with co-stars Ted Levine and Jason Gray-Stanford, were reportedly seeking increased compensation for their roles.
